Terms of Service

1. The service

Ai-Tag provides AI image creation, canvas editing, image tools, tutorials, and related account services. Available models, quotas, credit costs, and features are determined by what is shown in the product at the time of use.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide registration information that can receive verification messages and keep your account secure. You may not use the service to create or distribute unlawful content or infringe intellectual property, portrait, privacy, or other lawful rights.

3. Credits and payments

Credits can only be used for eligible Ai-Tag services and are not cash. Model costs, credit validity, payment status, and payment methods are governed by the pricing and order pages. You can request an investigation through the feedback page if a network, model provider, or storage failure affects an order.

4. Content and intellectual property

You must have the legal right to use uploaded content and instructions. You are responsible for your inputs and for outputs you may lawfully control. We may restrict or remove content where required by law, regulation, or security needs.

5. Changes and contact

The service and these terms may change to reflect product or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced on the site or through in-product notices. For product issues, payment disputes, or infringement reports, use Feedback and Reports.
