Terms of Service

1. The service

Ai-Tag provides AI image creation, canvas editing, image and document tools, tutorials, and related account services. Available models, quotas, credit costs, and features are determined by what is shown in the product at the time of use.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide registration information that can receive verification messages and keep your account secure. Unlimited model access is for the purchaser's reasonable personal use. Account sharing, automated abuse, resale, and generation-for-hire are excluded. You may not use the service to create or distribute unlawful content or infringe intellectual property, portrait, privacy, or other lawful rights.

3. Credits, plans, and payments

Credits can only be used for eligible Ai-Tag services and are not cash. An active unlimited model plan waives credit charges only for the models listed in that plan; all other models continue to use credits. Each plan is valid for 30 days from activation or the end of the preceding period when renewed. Activated and used digital access is generally not refundable for personal reasons, without limiting remedies required by law or for duplicate charges, missing access, or service failures. Current pricing, model coverage, credit validity, and payment status are governed by the pricing and order pages.

4. Content and intellectual property

You must have the legal right to use uploaded content and instructions. You are responsible for your inputs and for outputs you may lawfully control. We may restrict or remove content where required by law, regulation, or security needs.

5. Changes and contact

The service and these terms may change to reflect product or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced on the site or through in-product notices. For product issues, payment disputes, or infringement reports, use Feedback and Reports.
